When receiving services at Routine Beauty you agree to:

FOLLOW AFTERCARE, including all instructions provided by the professional. Client is aware and accepts the consequences of failure to adhere to these instructions, as it may cause: eye health issues and infections, natural lash and brow damage, and/or decrease the time the services will last. More on aftercare.

REFUND POLICY, services are time and skill based, and materials used cannot be returned. For this reason there are no refunds on services. If you are unsatisfied with your results you may reach out to your professional for options to improve your satisfaction.

LATE POLICY, appointments that are 15 minutes late or more will be cancelled and subject to a no-show fee of 50% of the price of the service booked.

CARD ON FILE POLICY, if your card is unlinked from the booking system at any time prior to your appointment it will become a cancellation and rescheduling will not be possible until a credit card is placed on

NO-SHOW POLICY, every appointment requires a credit card on file to book and will be charged 50% of the service booked in the event of a no-show.

Client understands that there are risks associated with having services performed on or around the eye area. Client further understands that as part of the procedure, eye irritation, eye itching, and in rare cases, an eye injury or illness can occur. Client understand that even though the certified professional applies professional grade products using the proper technique; tapes, cleaners, eye pads, adhesives and removers used may irritate skin & eyes or require a physician's follow care at client’s own expense.

Client understands that if they experience any of these conditions they will contact the certified professional IMMEDIATELY. The certified professional may offer a removal at no charge if that is the safest resolution, and client will consult with a physician at their own expense.

Client releases technician or studio, Routine Beauty, from all liability associated with this procedure, which is performed with the utmost attention to safety and proper application, using tools and products the technician has been properly trained to use. There is no guarantee for the longevity of services. Client understands that there are many factors that may affect the life of the services, such as: proper aftercare, water, moisture contact, weather conditions and activities involving exposure to high temperatures.

This agreement will remain in effect for this procedure and all future procedures conducted by the certified professional. Client understands this agreement is legal and binding.
